Students must attend the school regularly and punctually in proper uniform. Written intimation should be sent by the parent/guardian if a student is to be absent from the school.
Students are not allowed to keep money or any valuables with them in the school, and the school will not be responsible for any loss. Costly ornaments are not allowed, unless religiously warranted.
Students must be clean and tidy in their personal appearance. They should keep their books and notebooks clean and neatly covered (with brown paper and properly marked)
Scribbling on books, desks, walls etc. are strictly forbidden.
Parents may take special care to see that their wards prepare their lessons well and do the homework regularly.
The School Diary should be brought to the class every day and any information which the Parent/Guardian wants to convey be written in it.
It is compulsory to converse in English inside school campus
It is very essential for a parent to attend P.T. Meeting. Report Cards will be shown to the parent during this meeting.
Parent/Guardian should not go straight to the student in the class room. They should first report to the office of the Principal. All cases of grievance be referred to the office of the Principal.
Admission to MBVB implies on the part of the pupil and the parents willingness to comply with the requirements and regulations of the school.
Students, whenever they come to school, must wear the uniform prescribed for the season. Those who are not in uniform will not be allowed to attend the school.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff or bad moral influence will lead to dismissal. The pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.
Repeated absence without prior leave application, or absence for more than ten consecutive days renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
Special arrangements for examinations cannot be made for pupils who, for any reason, are absent from any of the tests or examinations.
A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue studies in this school.
Any student found resorting to unfair means in any examination will not be allowed to write the rest of the papers in that semester examination and will not be allowed to continue studies in this school in the next session.
Students are not allowed to be absent on the closing/reopening day, or whenever there is a school function.
Computer Science, as of now, is compulsory for classes I to IX and will be charged extra. Those who take Computer Science in XI and XII as one of the subjects also will pay extra for the same.
Vehicles will not be allowed during school hours for safety reasons or License is necessary.
Merit is the sole criterion for admission. Admission is done on the basis of a written test or an interview. The decision of the principal will be final and binding on all.
School fees are collected in the school. The rates of fees are subject to change from time to time due to the increasing cost of maintenance and other expenses.
Those seeking admission to Nursery should be within the age group of 2½ and 3½ years of st April 1 of the year of admission. The age requirement for other classes will be on the basis of the above.
Parents and students are also bound by the rules and regulations laid down in the“Students Diary”, “Handbook” and “Prospectus”.
90 percent attendance will be necessary for promotion to the next class.
Students are not allowed to bring motor/scooters/mopeds etc. to school.
Students are not allowed to have tuition by the teachers of the school.
Student who are not obeying teacher, misbehaving with authorities, colleagues involved in any such activities will be given T.C. immediately.
